This is hysterical. I guess Dr Sebi didn’t cure those 70 people who testified from being cured of all those diseases by the use of plants. The reason vegan doesn’t work for ppl is you can still eat processed junk as a vegan. That’s way different than eating a whole food diet!

Barbiturates were a solution to a problem, and now they aren't. Benzodiazepines were the latest wonderdrug in the 1970s until they were not. Along comes opioids, and the big pharma money goes wild and sells like candy in the mall. So opioids were pin-up-pill until they were pushed too hard by pharma and their sellers, the Doctors and all the commission and cash. And, of course, the life-saving statins that make over a trillion dollars a year after chol level markers are reduced to fit the group that needs a statin. Big pharma is a colossal profit machine, and too many pills are making us sick, so we have to take another and another. Where does it end? There are always exceptions, but being hydrated, eating well, cutting or limiting alcohol & tobacco, moving, and getting good sleep can do wonders for your health that a statin can't. There is much dishonesty & fear-mongering for the majority of people, as well as pain, brain fog, feeling like crud and pushing people into diabetes. The pattern of rabid pill-pushing makes billions. Read, learn, listen and do research before diving into another box or bottle of pills. More common sense would make common sense, yes?

Seed Oils and Health Seed oils, such as those derived from soybeans, corn, and canola, have been scrutinized for their potential health impacts. High in omega-6 fatty acids, they can contribute to inflammation and related health problems when consumed in excess. However, they are just one aspect of broader agricultural and dietary concerns. Petrochemical Agricultural Industry The extensive use of synthetic chemicals in agriculture is a major concern. Here are the key components: Ammonium Nitrate and Synthetic Fertilizers: Ammonium nitrate and other nitrogen-based fertilizers are widely used to boost crop yields. These are often derived from natural gas and have significant environmental footprints. Overuse can lead to soil degradation, water pollution (eutrophication), and the release of nitrous oxide, a potent greenhouse gas. Pesticides, Herbicides, and Fungicides: Chemicals such as glyphosate (a herbicide), neonicotinoids (insecticides), and various fungicides are used to protect crops from pests and diseases. These chemicals can persist in the environment, harming non-target species including pollinators like bees, and entering water supplies. Synthetic Chemicals and Additives: Thousands of synthetic chemicals are used in food production and packaging. Their long-term health effects are often not fully understood. There is concern about bioaccumulation and potential endocrine-disrupting effects. Environmental and Health Impacts Pollution: Runoff from farms can carry these chemicals into rivers, lakes, and oceans, affecting aquatic ecosystems and human water supplies. Soil Health: Intensive chemical use can degrade soil health, reducing its fertility and increasing dependence on chemical inputs. Human Health: Exposure to certain agricultural chemicals has been linked to various health issues, including cancers, neurological disorders, and endocrine disruption. Corruption and Criminal Syndicate The agricultural industrial complex is riddled with corruption, payoffs, and kickbacks. Large agrochemical companies, functioning like a criminal syndicate, exercise significant control over agricultural practices and regulatory policies. Their influence is vast, and they employ covert and indirect tactics to eliminate anyone who attempts to criticize or expose their operations. These tactics often involve highly accidental techniques, making it difficult to directly link these actions to the companies involved. Lack of Transparency and Testing Testing and Regulation: There is a lack of comprehensive testing and regulation of the cumulative effects of these chemicals on human health and the environment. Corporate Influence: Due to corruption and the influence of these powerful entities, there is a stifling of independent research and criticism. Whistleblowers and researchers often face severe repercussions, deterring investigations and public discourse. Advocacy and Solutions Sustainable Agriculture: Promoting organic farming, permaculture, and other sustainable practices can reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals. Crop rotation, polyculture, and the use of natural pest predators are alternative methods to maintain soil health and control pests. Policy Changes: Stronger regulations and independent testing are crucial to protect health and the environment. Supporting policies that reduce chemical use and promote biodiversity. Consumer Awareness: Increased awareness and demand for sustainably produced food can drive change. Supporting local and organic farmers, and reducing consumption of heavily processed foods, can decrease the demand for chemical-laden products. Research and Advocacy: Continued research into the long-term effects of these chemicals is needed. Advocacy for greater transparency and accountability from agrochemical companies can help bring about necessary changes. Addressing these issues requires a multi-faceted approach involving consumers, policymakers, farmers, and scientists working together to create a more sustainable and health-conscious food system.

I mostly agree with many of your points, but I have a few questions. First of all, it seems like the majority of these positive effects of sunlight come from infra red and visible light, not UVB, and only some from UVA. Which seems to support the fact that the skin of someone who uses sun screen is younger then someone who doesnt. If I understood your explanation correctly, its only vitamin d production that benefits massively from UV, and even then you said visible violet light could aswell. This means that sun screen especially close to solar noon, combined with sun seeking behavior would be enough to receive all the benefits you suggest, since even with sun screen you still get the visible and infra red light. Lastly this is association. Someone who is outside, is more likely to be active, healthy, social and so on compared to someone who is inside, hospitalized, anti social and so on. Obviously interventional data would be extremely hard to fund for something like this.

They use other methods like running, hiding or active defensives like poison, biting, scratching. Which is usually worse, if we would not have weapons.

Re Australia, they’ll have more sun exposure and therefore higher vitamin D. Vitamin D is believed to help improve the body’s sensitivity to insulin - the hormone responsible for regulating blood sugar levels - and thus reduce the risk of insulin resistance, which is often a precursor to type 2 diabetes.

What an absolute abysmal shit show of a video. Absolute misinformation and complete BS. Carnivores often feel better because the body releases a tonne of adrenaline every time you eat meat because it’s high in fat and the adrenaline thins out your blood. Your body is trying to save your life from a stroke or heart attack. We then get addicted to our own adrenaline but eventually you will get very very sick or drop dead. I promise you. Good luck.

When I was plant based I was literally on top of the world with how I felt. Period. When I eat a lot of meat... I do not do well. I have tried it all and for me plant based is what I thrive on. Use your discernment.

I don't agree with the theory that Animals are destroying the planet. It is chemicals, man-made toxins, private jets, rockets going into space, plastic factories, factories that burn stuff all day, GMO, etc. Dinosaurs were on this planet for millions of years farting up a storm and Earth was just fine until the natural disaster. Destructive unnatural chemicals are the enemy and not Nature and animals. Animals were created to share the planet with us. If God didn't want them to fart, they would not be farting lol. Also, the gas is probably caused by the unhealthy GMO grain diet factory animals are fed. Allow the animals to naturally graze and they will fart less.

Meat is literally dead, rotting flesh. It’s the lowest vibrational form of food you can consume. While I think it’s great that the carnivore diet works for a select group of people (for example, those with certain autoimmune disorders), there is no evidence that this diet is beneficial in the long run. On the contrary, there is a plethora of evidence from countless studies that supports a Mediterranean diet (consisting of no red meat-but rather, mostly a diet of unprocessed carbohydrates, healthy fats, vegetables, and lean fish) being most beneficial for health. Read the research for yourself.

Look at the messenger. He looks sick. His skin, the biggest organ in the body, is green and unhealthy. His digestive system is most likely full of diesase. Plants are medicine. He says cows eat grass and gorillas eat only plants, yet we must eat only meat. God created these plants to not only feed us but build our blood cells to make us fight off bacteria and disease naturally. Leave a banana and a piece of pork outside for a few days. One will give you trichinosis. Which would you eat? Eat beef for days and you will be grabbing your bottle of laxative to unclog you. Eat herbs and prunes and no problems at all. This guy spews false knowledge to kill your cravings for real fruits and vegetables. God created the earth more abundant in natural gifts for us than species for us to eat. He is reading material to back up his personal opinion. Every form of medication ever created mimics botantanical plants, herbs and flowers. They only use animals as test subjects. You are this guys test subject. Think about it.
